Privacy & Data Handling

What we store

We store your account details, business intake answers, uploaded document metadata and Gemini-generated classifications, your Capital Readiness Score, and generated funding packets. Uploaded files are held in a private Cloud Storage bucket accessed only through time-limited signed URLs — they are never public.

Retention

• Uploaded documents: retained 90 days.
• Generated packets: retained 90 days.
• Payment records: retained for accounting purposes.
• AI processing logs: we keep metadata, hashes, and status — not full sensitive document text.

What we do not log

We do not store full bank statements, tax documents, invoices, social security numbers, or complete packet contents in our application logs.

Deletion requests

Uploaded documents are stored securely and deletion can be requested at any time from your account, or by emailing support@tenwa.ai. We record every request and confirm once it is completed.

Payments

Checkout and billing are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
